Apple kheer is a very quick and delicious dessert recipe. Very simple to make, apple kheer is a healthy and tasty dish made in a microwave.
- Apple (skin pealed and grated, 1 cup)
- Corn flour (2 tsp)
- Sugar(2 tbsp)
- Milk(1 & 1/2 cup)
- Green Cardamom powder (1/4 tsp)
- Rasins & Almond flakes (for garnish)
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the freshly grated apple, corn flour, sugar, milk and mix them well.
- Microwave it on high powder for 6 minutes.
- Stir in between after 3 minutes and continue to microwave.
- Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
- In a dish, pour the apple kheer and garnish with almond flakes and rasins.
Delicious and quick apple kheer is now ready to be served. Enjoy!
