- Dried corn (1/2 cup)
- Sugar (2 cups)
- Water (1 cup)
- Butter (1 tbsp)
- Salt (1/2 tsp)
- Make popcorn with the dried corn. To know how to make popcorn, click here.
- In a heavy bottom pan, add water, sugar, butter, salt and boil it. Boil it in a slow flame till it starts to become golden brown, ie., form a caramel. Switch off the flame.
- Pour the caramel on the popcorn and mix it well till it starts to harden.
- Empty the popcorn in a plate and let it cool.
Crispy caramel popcorn is ready.
