Eggless Almond Cake




Ingredients:

  • Almonds (25 gms)
  • Sugar (1 cup)
  • All purpose flour (1 cup)
  • Baking soda(1 tsp)
  • Yoghurt (1 cup)
  • Oil (1/2 cup)

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 180 Degree Celcius for 10 minutes.
  2. Powder the sugar and almonds and add them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add all purpose flour, baking soda, yoghurt and mix well.
  4. Add oil and mix again. Cake mix is now ready.
  5. Pour this mix in a baking dish and bake it at 180 Degree Celcius for 50 minutes in a pre-heated oven.

    Did you microwave the cake towards the end? I thought the cake was made using a conventional oven.
