    Hi Veena!
I love how easy your recipes are and that they are authentic. Now that I can watch them on video, I will try to make some. I lived in the Middle East and have visited India a few times and have been missing Puri Bhaji. I did not know how easy it is to make. Do you have a recipe for Masala Dosa? My friend used to make these for me and I love them! Thanks for sharing such wonderful tasting and easy to make recipes.

      Hi,

I dont have masala dosa, but have dosa recipe on my site and also a recipe to make the batter. You could make the batter and the dosa and then stuff the bhaji from puri bhaji in it to create masala dosa. Hope this helps
