Momos Part 1 (Chilly Garlic Sauce)

Momo is a dish from Asian Cuisine and are types of dumpling made of flour and fillings inside it.  The filling could be vegetarian made of all the vegetables or non-vegetarian made of meat.

Momos Part 1 video demonstrates how to make the chilly garlic sauce which is a good complement with the Momos.

Momos Part 2 will demonstrate how to make Momos (vegetarian & non-vegetarian)

 

Ingredients:

  • Garlic Chopped (2 tsp)
  • Arromat (1/2 tsp)
  • Chilly flakes (25 gms)
  • Tomato ketchup (20 gms)
  • Soya Sauce (30 ml)
  • Vinegar (10 ml)

Method:

  1. Saute garlic, chilly flakes, tomato ketchup on a medium flame for 5 to 8 minutes.
  2. Season with Kikkoman Soya sauce, vinegar and arromat.
  3. Remove from flame and allow it to cool down and serve it with steamed momos.
