- multigrain flour (Ragi, Jowar, Bajra, Wheat)/or/Wheat Flour
- rice flour
- green chilly
- salt to taste
- In a bowl, add chopped onion and green chilly, multigrain or wheat flour, rice flour.
- Add water and stir well to form a dosa batter.
- Heat pan, pour the dosa batter to form a circle shape.
- pour little oil on its side. Roast it on low flame.
- Nutritious multigrain dosa is ready and can be served with your favorite chutney.
