White Radish Kootu
An amazingly simple dish which is healthy and tasty to boot. Made of local vegetables, healthy food can not get better than this.

Coriander leaves stems
Boil coriander leaves stems, white raddish, tomatoes and moong dal and keep it aside.
Make a paste of green chilies, grated coconut and coriander seeds.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal and asafetida powder, curry leaves. When urad dal becomes golden brown, add the boiled vegetables.
Add the chilli, coriander, coconut paste, necessary salt. Simmer it for 3 min.
Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot with Indian breads (chapatti, Nan, roti, etc.)
