Apple juice is homemade and no preservatives added. It is a refreshing drink for this summer.
- Apple (2, chopped)
- Sugar (1 & 1/2 cup)
- Water (1 & 1/2 cup)
- Citric acid (a pinch)
- In a pan, add all the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes or till the apples turn tender and soft.
- Blend this in a blender and apple pulp is formed.
- For serving, add some ice cubes in a glass, fill quater part with apple pulp and remaining part with water.
- Mix well.
Chilled Apple juice is ready to be served.
