Rose Milk recipe

Rose milk is a good energy booster and a flavorful drink and can be included in your diet.

Ingredients:

Rose Syrup (3 tsp)

Milk (chilled, 1 cup)

Basil seeds/Sabja (1/2 tsp)

Method:

Soak Basil seeds or Sabja in water for about 20 minutes.

In a serving glass, pour milk, rose syrup and mix well.

Add Basil seeds or Sabja into it.

Delicious Rose milk is ready to be served. Enjoy!

Avocado papaya smoothie



Avocado papaya smoothie a healthy substitute to breakfast and is easy to prepare for people who are stressed for time.
Avacado is a butter fruit. It is high in fiber content. It has vitamin B Vitamin K & vitamin E. Banana is rich in pectin. Eat a banana before an exam to benefit from the high levels
of potassium. Papaya is rich in fiber. It is rich in vitamin A & C. A smoothie made with these fresh fruits can do lot good for your baby & you 🙂

  

Ingredients:

  • Ripe avocado (1)
  • Ripe banana (2)
  • Papaya(cuts, 1 cup)
  • Milk (1/2 cup)
  • Yogurt (1/2 cup)
  • Ice cubes (5 to 6)

Method:

  1. Cut the avocado into halves and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  2. Slice the bananas and freeze them for an hour.
  3. In a blender, add frozen banana, avocado, papaya, yogurt, ice cubes and blend them together.
  4. We will get a thick paste. Add Milk and blend again.
  5. You can add sugar as per your taste. However, I have not added sugar and relay on natural sugar of the fruits, which will make this drink more healthy

Garish it with some ripe papaya pieces. Delicious smoothie is now ready to be served.

Apple juice is homemade and no preservatives added. It is a refreshing drink for this summer.

Ingredients:

  • Apple (2, chopped)
  • Sugar (1 & 1/2 cup)
  • Water (1 & 1/2 cup)
  • Citric acid (a pinch)

Method:

  1. In a pan, add all the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes or till the apples turn tender and soft.
  2. Blend this in a blender and apple pulp is formed.
  3. For serving, add some ice cubes in a glass, fill quater part with apple pulp and remaining part with water.
  4. Mix well.

Chilled Apple juice is ready to be served.

Ingredients:

  • Milk (1 cup)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Black Pepper(1/2 tsp)
  • Dried Ginger (1/2 inch)
  • Cloves (5-6)
  • Star anise (1/2)
  • Mace (2)
  • Cardamom (8-9 pods)
  • Tea leaves (1/2 tbsp)
  • Sugar as per required

Method:

  1. Powder all the spices and keep them aside.
  2. Boil water and milk, add 1 tsp of the powdered spices and bring it to boil.
  3. Add tea leaves into the mixture and simmer it for couple of minutes.
  4. Add sugar as per your taste.
  5. Strain away the tea leaves.

Serve hot cup of Masala tea with Onion & Potato Pakodas

Ingredients:

  • Watermelon (small cut, deseed, 2 cups)
  • Mint leaves (12)
  • Lime juice (5 ml)
  • Pineapple juice(30 ml)
  • Peach syrup or Sugar syrpu (10 ml)

Method:

  1. In a glass, add watermelon, mint leaves, lime juice, peach syrup or sugar syrup and muddle it till the juice of watermelon is extracted.
  2. Crush ice and add over the mixture.
  3. Pour the pineapple juice and mix all juices well.
  4. Pour the mocktail in a serving glass and garnish with watermelon and mint spring.

Miloni, the watermelon mocktail is now ready to be served.
