Easy Prawn Dry


  • Prawn (250 gms)
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilly powder (1 tsp)
  • Turmeric powder (1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
  • Onion (1 medium)
  • Pepper corn (1 tbsp)
  • Garlic paste (1 tbsp)
  • Oil (3 tbsp)


  1. Wash and peal prawns. Marinate it with salt, turmeric, red chilly powder, lemon juice and keep it for 15 minutes.
  2. Blend onion and pepper corn and add to the prawn and keep it for another 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated prawns and fry for 5 – 8 minutes.

Prawn dry is ready to be served with roti, chapati, nan or steamed rice.
