French Toast

Ingredients:

  • Bread ( 3 pieces)
  • Milk (1 cup)
  • Sugar (3 tbsp)
  • Egg (1)

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix sugar and beaten egg with milk, and blend them well.
  2. Cut the bread into half and dip it in the milk.
  3. Heat pan, grease it with little oil, and cook the milk dipped bread in a slow flame.
  4. When the bread becomes golden brown, turn it and cook the other side untill it changes to golden brown.
  5. French toast is ready.

Server hot.
